Mrs. Glaser:
I have taught kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th grades in Atwood, Gallatin, Hendersonville, and Portland. In doing so, I have enjoyed meeting a variety of people in several cities. It is fun to run into former students and learn about their successes. I am married to Steve Glaser and we have three grown children, one son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Nick is a college soccer coach. Jamie is a stay at home mom with three beautiful children. Zack is an attorney like his dad. I believe learning is a life-long journey. In part of my journey, I have traveled to 11 countries beyond the U.S.A. borders. Twice, I have done research with other teachers on Navy research ships. I have ridden camels in an African desert and snorkled on an Archipelago in the Carribean. I look forward to teaching this new group of learners this year. It is going to be a great journey for all of us.

Mrs. Renfro:
I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee State University in 2010. This is my third year teaching and I absolutely love the atmosphere and wonderful things happening here at Watt Hardison. I was raised in Portland, along with my husband, Jason. Jason works at Tennessee Valley Authority in Gallatin. We currently have no children, but would love to have a family in the future. We do have a dog named Miley, who keeps us very busy! When I’m not teaching or planning lessons, I like to read, crochet & knit, and spend time with my friends and family. My husband and I are also HUGE Tennessee Vols fans, so we try to make it to as many games as possible at Neyland Stadium.
