Math: We are continuing our work with place value from millions to hundredths. Also we will be working on comparing and ordering numbers, rounding, and finding change with money. Here is a link to some fun multiplication games:

Reading: We will continue learning comprehension strategies this week as well as learning author's purpose (to entertain, persuade, or inform). Our story for this week is Lewis and Clark and Me.
Language: We are learning the four types of sentences: declarative, imperative, interrogative, and exlamatory. Declarative sentences are simple statements. Imperative statements give a command. Interrogative statements ask a question. Exlamatory sentences show excitement and end in an exclamation point.
Science: We are finishing plant and animal cells in science and will be moving on to Chapter 1 Lesson 2 Environments, Ecosystems, and Food Chains.
